I am a professionally qualified counsellor / therapist and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I use skills and techniques from more than one counselling theory. I aim to provide you with practical tools and insights that will enable you to make positive changes.
I am always led by you and what you choose to bring each week. I am committed to offering an open, genuine counselling relationship.
I am experienced with a range of issues including, but not limited to:
- Anxiety and depression
- Bereavement and loss
- Patterns of relating to others
- Low confidence and self esteem
- Unhelpful habits or behaviour
- Trauma and abuse
- Indecision or feeling stuck
- Feeling more hopeful and future goals
- Navigating life stages
I hold a Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Spurgeon’s College in South London.
